A $59.90 custom design deposit is required before we begin custom design matching, material planning, or production preparation.
The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. For example, if your custom champagne flute pair is quoted at $159.90, your remaining balance will be $100 after the deposit.
Please note: Once your design direction is confirmed and we begin custom work, the deposit becomes non-refundable because design matching, communication, material planning, and production preparation have already started.

After your deposit is paid, we will review your inspiration photos, preferred style, rhinestone choices, accessories, and wedding color palette.
We will then confirm your design direction and final price before production begins. Once you approve the design direction, we will start working on your custom champagne flutes.
Custom orders usually take about 7–10 days to make before shipping, depending on the design complexity and current order volume.
Step 6: Progress Preview & Adjustments
During the making process, we may send you a design preview or progress photo for reference. This helps make sure the custom champagne flutes are moving in the right direction.
One round of minor adjustment is included before final confirmation. Additional major changes after design confirmation may require an extra design fee starting from $49, depending on the amount of extra work required.
